Magnolia Estates is a land holdings group located in the virtual world of Second Life. Magnolia Estates was established in February 2008 and has amassed many satisfied customers over those years. Magnolia Estates provides commercial and residential homes and educational spaces for synchronous class instruction. Magnolia Estates is also the home to the only virtual historically black college, Southern University at New Orleans.
